Hayley Rambur graduated from the University of Idaho with degrees in Geology and Secondary Education. While in college, Hayley gained underground mining experience and worked for the Idaho Geologic Survey. She has over 7 years of experience in the hardrock mining industry and has been a member of the WMC since 2018.

Over the years she has worked in various tracts of the industry, but most recently as the Corporate Social Responsibility Manager for Perpetua Resources. In her current position, Hayley communicates with the public and other stakeholders in Idaho about the environmental, ecological, and socioeconomic benefits of the Stibnite Gold Project. As an Idaho STEM Action Center Foundation Board Member, she advocates and provides resources for rural and industry education throughout the state.
