- Tier 1 – $1,500

DEVELOPER: Permitting/NEPA Stage Through Construction, No Producing Assets
- Tier 1 – $2,500
- Tier 2 – $4,500
PRODUCER: One or More Assets in Production
- Tier 1 – $5,000
- Tier 2 – $7,000
SUPPLIERS/SERVICE PROVIDERS: All levels receive Tier 1 Benefits
- Level 1 – Between 2-100 Employees – $1,500
